Freshers' Day at St. Paul's P.U. College Belgavi

St. Paul's PU College organized an exciting Freshers' Day program on 6th July 2023 for the first-year students of our Pre University College. We were honoured to have Fr. Simon Fernandes, SJ - Rector and Manager of St. Paul's Institutions at Belagavi, as our Chief Guest. The Principal - Dr. Padmini Ravindran warmly welcomed everyone, and administrator - Fr. Steven Almeida SJ, and Fr. Augustine Fernandes SJ Parish Priest of Gadhinglaj guided the event. Fr. Simon addressed first-year students, telling them about the importance of the choices we make in our lives. He encouraged them to be dedicated not only to their studies but also to extracurricular activities. He reminded them that they have the power to transform their lives. The event was filled with joy and unity, bringing together different cultures and fostering friendships. There were entertaining cultural performances and fun games specially arranged for the first-year students. During the investiture ceremony, Miss Mobin Jamadar was elected as the General Secretary, a role of leadership and service. From the commerce section, Mr.

Azim Sayyad and Miss Spandana Adimani were selected as Mr. and Miss Fresher 2023. Similarly, from the science section, Mr.Princeson Pereira and Miss Jasinta Figer from the commerce section were chosen for their exceptional talents.
